Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 (“District”) will meet at the Island, located between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave., New Braunfels, TX 78130, on Wednesday May 24, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. to consider and act upon the following matters: ,

- Call Roll of Directors
- Swearing in of new Board Members for the 2023-2025 term.
- Adjourn
The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session. No final action, decision, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
