THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT ATTENDANCE NUMBERS AND TO CANCEL THE MEETING DUE TO CHANGES IN THE CURRENT COVID SITUATION.
The Board of Directors of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 will meet with property owners on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at The Island, located on the Comal River between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave., New Braunfels, Texas.

- Call Meeting to Order
- Call Roll of Directors
- Present the Minutes from the Board of Directors Meetings on October 14, 2020 and the Property Owners Meeting on November 7, 2020
- Present and discuss the 2020/2021 Financials
- Present Manager’s Report on Repairs and Maintenance
- Adjourn
The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session. No final action, decision, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
