DESCRIPTION:  \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING \n  \n  \nNotice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 (“District”) will meet at the Island\, located between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave.\, New Braunfels\, TX 78130\, on Wednesday\, June 9\, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon the following matters: \n  \n  \nBoard Agenda: \n  \n\nCall Meeting to Order\nCall Roll of Directors\nPublic comments on non-agenda items (limited to 3 minutes per person)\nSelection of officers for the 2021-2023 term\nConsider approving the Minutes from the Board of Director’s Meeting on May 11\, 2021.\nDiscuss and possible action concerning the 2020-2021 Budget/Financials\nDiscuss and possible action concerning current COVID-19 restrictions\nDiscussion with legal counsel regarding director duties and obligations\, District Rules\, the District’s enabling Act\, District owned property\, District policies and related matters.\nDiscuss and possible action concerning the current Rules & Regulations\nDiscussion and possible action regarding Capital Expenses\, Repairs\, Maintenance\, Accessibility and Security issues and needs\, etc\n\n\n  \n  \n  \nThe Board of Directors may go into Executive Session\, if necessary\, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D\, Chapter 551\, Government Code\, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071\, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase\, exchange\, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board.  No final action\, decision\, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session.  No final action\, decision\, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
