DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING \nNotice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 (“District”) will meet at the Island\, located on the Comal River between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave \, on Thursday March 9\, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon the following matters: \nBoard Agenda: \n\nCall Meeting to Order\nCall Roll of Directors\nPublic comments on non-agenda items (limited to 3 minutes per person)\nDiscussion and Possible action regarding Cancellation of May 6\, 2023 BOD Election.\nDiscussion and possible action regarding Unopposed Candidates and Nomination of Directors for 2023-2025 term.\nAdjourn\n\nThe Board of Directors may go into Executive Session\, if necessary\, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D\, Chapter 551\, Government Code\, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071\, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase\, exchange\, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board.  No final action\, decision\, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session.  No final action\, decision\, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
