DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING \nNotice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 (“District”) will meet at the Island\, located between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave.\, New Braunfels\, TX 78130\, on Tuesday October 22\, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon the following matters: \nBoard Agenda: \n\nCall Meeting to Order\nCall Roll of Directors\nPublic comments on non-agenda items (limited to 3 minutes per person)\nConsider approving the Minutes from the Special Board Of Directors meeting on August 20\, 2024.\nConsider Approving the Minutes from the Board of Directors “Public Hearing” meeting on September 20\, 2024.\nDiscussion and possible action regarding Capital Expenses\, Repairs\, Maintenance\, Accessibility and Security issues and needs.\nDiscussion and possible action to discuss and/or approve the 2024/2025 Budget.\nDiscussion and possible action regarding agenda for Property Owners Meeting on November 2\, 2024.\nAdjourn\n\nThe Board of Directors may go into Executive Session\, if necessary\, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D\, Chapter 551\, Government Code\, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071\, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase\, exchange\, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board.  No final action\, decision\, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session.  No final action\, decision\, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
