The CCWRD No. 1 Recreational Facilities managed by the CCWRD No. 1 Board of Directors include all 15’ Easements bordering the Comal Springs along Edgewater and Lakeview Blvd., Spring Island and all other islands, Spring Beds and the Eco-Sensitive Swimming, Fishing and Boating Areas.
