NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 (“District”) will meet at the Island, located between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave., New Braunfels, TX 78130, on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon the following matters:
Board Agenda:
1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Call Roll of Directors
3. Public comments on non-agenda items (limited to 3 minutes)
4. Canvass the May 1, 2021 election results for Board of Directors.
5. Administer Statement of Election and Oath of Office for elected Board of Directors.
6. Consider approving the Minutes from the Board of Director’s Meeting on April 19, 2021. There were no minutes for the Property Owners Meeting on May 1, 2021 due to a lack of quorum.
7. Adjourn.
The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board. No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session. No final action, decision, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
