CCWRD No. 1 Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The CCWRD No. 1 Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to receive comments concerning the possible increase of the current tax assessment at 12:30 P.M. on Friday, September 20, 2024 at the New Braunfels Public Library located at 700 E. Common St. New Braunfels, TX 78130. All interested persons may appear at the hearing to advocate for or against the proposed tax assessment.

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board.  No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session.  No final action, decision, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
