NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Directors”) of Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 (“District”) will meet at the Island, located between Booneville Ave. and Mulberry Ave., New Braunfels, TX 78130, on Tuesday July 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to consider and act upon the following matters: ,

Board Agenda:

1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Call Roll of Directors
3. Discussion and possible action regarding Capital Expenses, Repairs, Maintenance, Accessibility and Security issues and needs.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding property ownership records and related district matters.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding current tax assessment billing and board assistance.
6. Public comments on non-agenda items (limited to 3 minutes per person)
7. Present Financials.
8. Discussion and possible action regarding agenda for Property Owners Meeting on August 1, 2026.
9. Adjourn

The Board of Directors may go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to the applicable section of Subchapter D, Chapter 551, Government Code, of the Texas Open Meetings Act (including Section 551.071, to seek legal advice from counsel and Section 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property) on any matter that may come before the Board.  No final action, decision, or vote will be taken on any subject or matter during an Executive Session.  No final action, decision, or vote on any matter may be taken unless the matter is specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting.
